📦 Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Enjoy free delivery within Singapore when you spend S$55 or more, or have your Sneaky Beans favourites delivered to you for just S$4.50.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after they are packed and dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Singapore only, but we hope to expand to more countries in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Can I self-collect?
Not at the moment. All orders are delivered directly to your doorstep.
☕ Coffee
Do I need a coffee machine?
Not at all! Our coffee comes in an easy-to-use drip bag that brews directly over your favourite mug. No machine needed.
How do I brew my drip coffee?
Simply tear open the drip bag, hook it onto your cup, bloom with 30 ml of hot water for 20 seconds, then continue pouring until you reach 150 ml in total. For the best cup, we recommend brewing with water between 91°C and 93°C.

How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. There's no need to refrigerate it. For the freshest flavour, keep each drip bag sealed until you're ready to brew.
How long does the coffee stay fresh?
Our drip bags are nitrogen flushed to help preserve freshness and aroma. When unopened, they'll stay fresh until the best-before date printed on the packaging.
Where is your coffee roasted?
Our coffee is freshly roasted in Singapore.

Yes! Every drip bag is nitrogen flushed to help lock in freshness and preserve the coffee's aroma.
Can I drink your coffee with milk?
Absolutely! While every coffee is delicious black, some profiles are especially wonderful with milk or oat milk. Visit our Brew Guide for recipes and serving ideas.

Can I send a gift directly?
Of course! Simply enter your recipient's shipping address during checkout, and we'll deliver it directly to them.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can add a personalised gift message during checkout, and we'll include it with your order.
Do you offer corporate gifts?

Every Sneaky Beans coffee box includes a Royal Record—a collectible card inspired by life's little moments. Each one is a page from the imagined records of Emperor 왕, celebrating the quiet comforts and everyday joys we often forget.

Yes! Every coffee box includes one Royal Record tucked inside.
Are they collectible?
They are! New Royal Records will continue to be introduced over time, so you can slowly build your own collection.

Are the wallpapers complimentary?
Yes! All Sneaky Beans wallpapers are completely free for personal use.
Which phones are supported?
Our wallpapers are designed for most modern smartphones, including both iPhone and Android devices.
Can I use the wallpapers commercially?
No. Our wallpapers are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold or used for commercial purposes.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we're unable to make changes as we begin preparing it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We're unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major online payment methods available in Singapore, including credit cards, debit cards and other popular payment options available at checkout.
