Throughout these Terms, "Sneaky Beans", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sneaky Beans. "You" refers to the customer using our website or purchasing our products.

 

1. About Sneaky Beans

Sneaky Beans is a Singapore-based brand offering specialty coffee, original illustrations, collectible items, digital downloads and related merchandise.

 

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • Your order is subject to acceptance and product availability.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order if necessary, including where products become unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or pricing or website errors occur.

 

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.

While we do our best to ensure all information is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors.

 

4. Payment

Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

 

5. Shipping

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Orders are generally dispatched within our stated processing times, and estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

 

6. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations as we begin preparing orders as quickly as possible.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before dispatch.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

As coffee is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We may request photographs to help us assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.

 

8. Coffee & Packaging

Coffee is a natural agricultural product. Flavour notes, aroma and appearance may vary slightly between harvests, roasting batches and brewing methods.

The tasting notes on our website describe the flavour profile you can generally expect, but your brewing method may influence the final cup.

Our coffee boxes are made using recyclable paper-based materials as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, natural fibres, small specks or minor surface marks may occur. These are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

 

9. Wallpapers & Digital Downloads

Our complimentary wallpapers and digital downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may download and use them on your own personal devices.

You may not:

  • sell, redistribute or share the files;
  • modify and resell them;
  • use them for commercial purposes;
  • remove any copyright notices or branding; or
  • claim them as your own work.

All copyright and intellectual property rights remain the property of Sneaky Beans.

 

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the intellectual property of Sneaky Beans and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • illustrations and artwork;
  • product photography;
  • lifestyle photography;
  • coffee box and packaging designs;
  • logos and branding;
  • Royal Records;
  • wallpapers and digital downloads;
  • stories and written content;
  • graphics, icons and website design elements.

No content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, republished, modified, adapted, used to create derivative works or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

This includes copying or saving images from our website by right-clicking, screenshots, screen recording or any similar method, except where content is expressly provided for personal download, such as our complimentary wallpapers.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sneaky Beans.

 

11. Royal Records

Royal Records are collectible inserts included with selected products.

Designs may vary between production runs and are available while stocks last. We do not guarantee any specific design unless expressly stated.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sneaky Beans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
